Vegetarian Baked Falafel

Crispy vegetarian baked falafel made with chickpeas and herbs. Healthy, flavorful and perfect for wraps or bowls.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Add chickpeas, onion, garlic and parsley to food processor
  3. Pulse until mixture forms coarse paste
  4. Add cumin, olive oil and salt and mix
  5. Shape mixture into small balls
  6. Place on baking sheet and bake until golden
  7. Serve warm with sauce or salad
