Vegetarian Baked Falafel
Crispy vegetarian baked falafel made with chickpeas and herbs. Healthy, flavorful and perfect for wraps or bowls.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Add chickpeas, onion, garlic and parsley to food processor
- Pulse until mixture forms coarse paste
- Add cumin, olive oil and salt and mix
- Shape mixture into small balls
- Place on baking sheet and bake until golden
- Serve warm with sauce or salad
